THE SEVENTH MAN

Solo. Creation 2019

After 10 years of fruitful collaboration on various creations, Carolyn Carlson is now creating a solo for Riccardo Meneghini, the charismatic performer of her company.

Inspired by "The Seventh" by Attila JÓZSEF, poet of the Hungarian revolt, The Seventh man embodies the ruptures, reconstructions and promises of the present that every human being experiences throughout life.

Between dream and reality, Riccardo Meneghini's powerful, fluid and dynamic movements, Guillaume Perret's organic music and Guillaume Bonneau's abstract lighting take the spectator on a hypnotic journey through the inner metamorphoses that make us plural beings.
